My name is Allan Rotgers, and I am an e-learning developer at a leading not-for-profit health care provider. I am also currently enrolled in the Information and Learning Technologies master’s program (with an emphasis in Instructional Design and Adult Learning) at the University of Colorado – Denver. Through this program, and through my own research and continued practice, I hope to strengthen my knowledge and skills so I can produce e-learning that I’ll be proud to call my own. I’m happy to admit that I’m not there today – but it’s a journey I’m committed to.
